Designed over 80 years ago by visionary Joseph Pilates, the Pilates Method brilliantly meshes the dynamic and aggressive strength building orientation of the West with the deeper more contemplative breath and flow orientation of the East.

Whether using the specifically designed spring loaded equipment or the precisely sequenced matwork series, this brilliant system of exercise builds long lean muscles, core strength, stability and increased flexibility.

How Does it Work?

Each new client will begin their Pilates experience with a series of custom designed private sessions, and then, have the option of continuing with private sessions or moving into small group classes (3 people max). Duets are another option.
